Delete your Usher360 Account
You can delete your Usher360 account yourself, or ask us to do it for you.
Delete it in the app

Open the Usher360 app and sign in.

Go to Profile.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Your invoices stay in our accounting records, but you lose access to them once your account is deleted. If you want copies, open them from the app and save them before you delete your account.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email iam@usher360.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask one or two questions to confirm it is really you, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Before your account is closed
If you have received services that have not been paid for yet, the app shows the amount before you confirm, and charges it to your saved card. Your account is deleted as soon as that payment goes through. Nothing is refunded for instalments already paid. If the payment cannot be taken, your account stays open and the app asks you to update your card.
What is deleted

Your login and password

Your profile: name, contact details, billing details and preferences

Your saved payment method, and your customer record with our payment provider Stripe

Your chats and messages, and any photos and documents you uploaded

Your notifications and notification settings

Your subscriptions are cancelled, so nothing further is charged after that final payment
What we keep, and for how long
We keep your invoices, the payments made against them, and the record of services carried out at your property, for six years from the end of the tax year they relate to, because Cyprus tax and VAT law requires it.
Each invoice is a legal document and keeps the billing name and address that were on it when it was issued. We cannot strip those details and still meet our obligations. Nothing else is kept: your login, profile, contact details, saved card, chats, photos, documents and notification settings are all deleted.
After the six years, the invoices and payment records are deleted too.
