3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate property data and ensuring that Usher 360 and its authorized technicians have safe, timely access to your premises. You must notify us of any specific security protocols or restrictions relevant to the coordination of services.
4. Payments & Billing
Service fees are governed by the specific subscription or task-based agreement selected. All invoices are itemized for complete transparency. Payments are subject to Cyprus VAT and must be settled according to the payment terms specified in your individual contract.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respect the value of time for both our clients and technicians. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a coordination fee to cover the scheduled arrival of our service partners.
6. Liability
Usher 360 coordinates services with professional care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues arising from the failure of public utilities in Cyprus. Our liability is limited to the professional coordination of the specific services requested by the user.
7. Changes to These Terms
Usher 360 reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in local laws or our service structure. Your continued use of our platform and coordination services following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
